February is Bake for Family Fun month!
Because I had left-over noodles one day.
I always cook more noodles than I have sauce for- or fix too much of both and everyone is sick of spaghetti by the third day. I hate throwing out food so I discovered a spaghetti pie had a different taste and texture that could leave my crew wanting more of the Italian dish for one more night.
Now days, I have switched to gluten free and substitute the pasta for spaghetti squash. Both ways, this is a delicious dinner that satisfies either group.
